Terms of Service

By downloading or using TypeRealm ("the app", "we"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The app and your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple/Google store terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or copy the app (except where law allows).
• Cheat, exploit, or tamper with gameplay, saves, or leaderboards.
• Redistribute or resell the app.
• Use it unlawfully.

3. Purchases

The app is free to play. Any optional in-app purchases (word packs, cosmetics) are processed by Apple/Google under their terms; we never see your payment info. Purchases unlock content or personalization only — never gameplay power. Refunds follow Apple/Google policy.

4. User-generated content

Not supported at this time. If community features (e.g. user word packs) launch later, additional rules will apply.

5. Intellectual property

The app, name, art, design, and code are owned by KBWorks. Bundled fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono) are used under the SIL Open Font License, included with the app.

6. Your data

Stored locally on your device; this version transmits no data. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Provided "as is", without warranties; we don't guarantee uninterrupted/error-free operation or any specific improvement in typing speed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBWorks isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Children

Intended for ages 13+. Under the age of majority, use only with a parent/guardian.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the Effective date reflects the latest version; continued use means acceptance.

11. Termination

We may end your licence for material breach; you may stop anytime by uninstalling.

12. Governing law

Laws of Vietnam, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live.
