Privacy Policy

TypeRealm ("the app", "we", "us") is a single-player typing RPG. This policy explains how the app handles your information. TypeRealm is designed to be private by default: it works without an account and, in this version, keeps your data on your device.

Summary

• No account required — you can play anonymously.
• No personal information collected — we do not ask for your name, email, or location.
• Your data stays on your device — progress, typing stats, and settings are stored locally.
• No ads — no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
• No data sold or shared.

Information the app handles

On-device data. The app stores the following locally on your device only: hero level / XP / gold, equipment and inventory, selected word packs, typing history (words-per-minute and accuracy over time), and app settings. This data is not transmitted to us or any third party, and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Purchases. If in-app purchases are offered, they are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Diagnostics. This version does not include analytics or crash-reporting services.

Fonts. Display fonts are bundled with the app; no fonts are fetched over the network. This version makes no network connections.

Children's privacy

TypeRealm is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because this version collects no personal information, it presents minimal privacy risk; it is not enrolled in store "kids/families" programs.

Your choices and rights

Your data is stored only on your device, so you control it directly:

• Delete everything by uninstalling the app, or via Settings → Reset save.
• When cloud features launch, you will be able to export or delete any cloud data (see Future changes).

Data security

On-device data is stored within your device's app sandbox. No data leaves the device in this version.

Future changes

Planned features — cloud save/sync, leaderboards, and optional analytics — will involve transmitting some data. Before enabling them we will update this policy, update the store data-safety disclosures, and request consent where required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or store listing.
