Privacy Policy

Sacred Ring / Vòng Thiêng ("the Game") is developed and published by KBWorks ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Game does with your information. It is short, because the Game does almost nothing with it.

We do not collect your personal data

The Game does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information.

There is no account to create, no login, no email address requested, and no profile linked to you. We do not know who you are, and we have no way to find out.

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking

The Game contains:

• no advertising and no advertising identifiers
• no analytics or telemetry of any kind
• no crash or performance reporting
• no third-party trackers or SDKs that collect data
• no in-app purchases

We do not build a profile of you, and we do not share anything with third parties, because we do not have anything to share.

What the Game stores, and where

The Game saves your progress on your device only. That save contains:

• the character name and gender you chose during setup
• which battles you have completed and how many stars you earned
• which generals you have recruited
• your settings, such as language

This file never leaves your device. We cannot read it. Deleting the Game deletes it.

Network access

The Game is designed to be played offline and makes no network requests of its own. The Android build declares the standard internet permission, which is included by default by the game engine; the Game does not use it to send or receive your data.

The app store you installed from

We distribute the Game through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those platforms collect their own data about downloads, devices and purchases, independently of us and under their own privacy policies. We receive only aggregate, anonymous information from them — for example, a count of how many people installed the Game. We never receive information that identifies you.

Children

The Game is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Because we collect no personal data at all, there is nothing for a parent or guardian to request access to or deletion of.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection give you rights to access, correct and delete your personal data. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase. Your local save is yours and under your control: delete the Game to remove it.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the Game collects anything, we will update this policy and state clearly what changed, before that version is released. The "last updated" date above will change.
