Privacy Policy
Short version: Runa does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Everything stays on your device.
1. Overview
Runa ("the App") is a mobile application developed by KBWorks that allows users to import and play RPG Maker and visual novel games on their personal devices.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does — and does not — collect, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
2. Information We Collect
Runa does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
All data the App creates or uses lives entirely on your device:

The App does not:
- Require an account or login
- Collect your name, email address, or any identifying information
- Use advertising SDKs or analytics tools
- Send any data to KBWorks or third parties
- Access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location
3. Game Content You Import
Games you import into Runa are stored locally on your device under the App's private storage directory. KBWorks cannot access these files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the games you import (see our Terms of Service).
4. Platform Services
Runa runs on iOS (Apple) and Android (Google). These platforms may collect device-level diagnostics according to their own privacy policies:

- Google: policies.google.com/privacy
KBWorks does not control and is not responsible for data collected by Apple or Google under their standard platform agreements.
5. Children's Privacy
Runa does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App allows users to import games that may contain mature content; users under 18 should have parental guidance when importing third-party games.
6. Data Security
Because all data remains on your device and no data is transmitted to any server, the primary security risk is device-level access. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using device-level security (PIN, Face ID, etc.) to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
Because Runa does not collect personal data, there is no personal data held by KBWorks to access, correct, or delete. If you wish to remove all App data, you can delete the App from your device — this removes all local game files, saves, and settings.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the Law on Cybersecurity No. 24/2018/QH14 and Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.
