Terms of Service

Welcome to One More Year ("the App", "the Game", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by KBWorks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using One More Year, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use One More Year. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, KBWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use One More Year on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

3. What You May Not Do

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by applicable law
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's underlying code or systems
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person in connection with the App

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

One More Year is free to play. It offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Pro"), currently a 3-day free trial followed by $2.99/month (subject to change; the price shown in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase is authoritative). Pro unlocks additional in-game career modules, a time-skip feature, a custom character start option, and removes advertisements.

• All purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, not by KBWorks directly.

5. Virtual Content

Any in-game currency, items, stats, or progress ("Virtual Content") have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and remain the property of KBWorks. Virtual Content may be reset, modified, or removed at our discretion, including if you uninstall the App (all progress is stored locally on your device only — see our Privacy Policy).

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, code, and all content, is owned by KBWorks and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live.
