KBWorks ("we", "us", or "our") built One More Year with privacy as a core design principle: the App is fully offline, and we do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data.

Information We Collect

None. One More Year:

• Does not require account creation, login, or any personal information to play
• Does not connect to the internet for core gameplay
• Does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking of any kind
• Does not collect device identifiers, location data, contacts, or any other personal information

All of your game progress (character stats, money, assets, and career data) is stored locally on your device only, using on-device storage. We have no access to it, and it is never transmitted to us or any third party. If you uninstall the App or lose your device, this data is not recoverable, since no backup copy exists anywhere else — including with us.

In-App Purchases

One More Year offers an optional Pro subscription. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We do not receive, see, or store your payment card details, billing address, or any other payment information — that relationship is between you and Apple or Google, governed by their own privacy policies:

Children's Privacy

One More Year is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App collects no personal information from anyone, this is inherently the case for all users, including minors.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services at this time. If this changes in a future update (for example, to support an ad-supported free tier), we will update this Privacy Policy before that change takes effect, and will clearly describe what data any such service collects and how it's used.

Data Security

Because no personal data ever leaves your device, there is no server-side data of yours for us to secure or that could be exposed in a breach on our end. Your device's own security (passcode, encryption, etc.) is your best protection for locally stored game data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
